Policy's 

Please be aware that I am a home based salon and do not have a waiting room.

Late Show Up: Showing up late to your appointment will result in shortened services or the need for your appointment to be rescheduled.  I will try my best to complete the booked service.  If you are 15 minutes late, services will be rescheduled. 

Please do not show up more than 5 minutes early. You will be told to wait in your car,

Please reschedule any services if you are not feeling well. If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment for any reason, please contact me and cancel no later than 12 hours before your appointment.

I require a 30% deposit on all service costs at the time of booking. This is nonrefundable. This will go towards your service total at checkout. 

No shows: first time offenders will be charged 30% of service before rebooking. Second time offenders will pay 100% of service missed. I will also require you to put a 100% deposit down at the time of booking for any future services.

Gift certificates: Please make me aware if you are using a gift certificate by giving me the gift certificate code. If you do not show when using a gift certificate, you will lose 100% of the value of the gift certificate.
